Lynn Kemmerer Named Sales Manager of Long & Foster’s Reston Office

Lynn Kemmerer has returned to Long & Foster as a sales manager in the Reston, Virginia office. Kemmerer most recently served as supervising broker and licensed instructor for another area real estate company, and before then she spent 15 years as a top real estate agent with Long & Foster.

 

 

Long & Foster’s Suzi Padgett Honored by Maryland Realtors

Suzi Padgett, vice president and branch manager of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Columbia, Maryland office, has been recognized for her impressive leadership and community involvement. Maryland Realtors named Padgett as the recipient of its 2019 Realtors Community Service Award.

Padgett received the award at the annual Maryland Realtors Annual Conference & Expo. Many factors are considered when choosing the winner of this award including the applicant’s philanthropic activity, local board activity, state/national activity, as well as their business designations and contributions.

 

Long & Foster’s Gary Marquardt Honored by Mid-Shore Board of Realtors.

Gary Marquardt, a sales associate in Long & Foster Real Estate’s Easton, Maryland office, has been recognized as a top-producing agent and for his community involvement. The Mid-Shore Board of Realtors (MSBR) named Marquardt as the recipient of their 2019 Rookie of the Year award. Marquardt received the award at the MSBR conference in September.

 

 

Long & Foster’s Martha Witte Suss Honored by Mid-Shore Board of Realtors

Martha Witte Suss, branch manager of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Easton, St. Michaels and Cambridge, Maryland offices, has been recognized for her impressive leadership and community involvement. The Mid-Shore Board of Realtors (MSBR) named Suss as the recipient of two awards – the Realtor of the Year and the Community Service Award. Suss received the awards at the MSBR conference.

 

 

Long & Foster’s Dale Mattison and Cindy Ariosa Receive Omega Tau Rho Award

Dale Mattison, a leading agent of the Bethesda, Maryland office, and Cindy Ariosa, senior vice president and regional manager of the Baltimore/Eastern Shore/Western Maryland region, each received the Omega Tau Rho award from the Maryland Realtors.

Created in 1950, the honorary fraternity of Omega Tau Rho is awarded by state and local Associations of Realtors to members and others that serve the PresidentRealtor organization. Once a medallion is awarded, the recipient is a member for life. This award recognizes exemplary dedication and service, and recipients are held in high esteem by fellow members of the Realtor organization.

 

Long & Foster’s Janice R. Kirkner Wins Life Achievement Award

Janice R. Kirkner, a sales agent with the Eldersburg, Maryland office, has received the Life Achievement Award from Maryland Realtors. The Life Achievement Award recognizes extraordinary contributions to the real estate profession and to the Realtor organization, which Kirkner has demonstrated throughout her career. In addition, Kirkner was widely acknowledged by her colleagues for demonstrating the highest level of professional competence, including personal and professional ethics.
