Rob Hanson Named Managing Broker of Moorestown Office

Rob Hanson has been named managing broker of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Moorestown, New Jersey, office. Hanson comes to Long & Foster from a competing local brokerage, where he led an office of over 140 agents who handled about $260M+ in annual sales. He’s been in real estate management for five years, and he excels at motivating and inspiring Realtors to achieve their business goals. His previous brokerage even recognized him as its “Mentor of the Year” for the invaluable training and expertise he shared with his agents.

Bethanie Fincato Featured in Baltimore Real Producers

Bethanie Fincato, a Realtor in Long & Foster Real Estate’s Bel Air Central office in Bel Air, Maryland has been featured in this month’s issue of Baltimore Real Producers magazine.  In the article, Fincato talks about military family life and working with military clients. Fincato’s husband, John Marco Fincato, is an active duty service member in the U.S. Army’s Maryland National Guard and both were pictured on the cover and in an article of the magazine honoring military families and real estate.

Debora Weidman-Phillips Elected 2019 President of The Real Estate Business Institute

Debora Weidman-Phillips, vice-president of Long & Foster’s Blue Bell, Pennsylvania office, has been elected as 2019 President of the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Weidman-Phillips was installed to her new post by Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate, at a ceremony on Nov. 2 during the Realtors Conference & Expo in Boston, Massachusetts. Weidman-Phillips’s term as president will run from Dec. 1, 2018, through Nov. 30, 2019.

Dave Wills Named Branch Manager of Warrenton Office

Long & Foster Real Estate appointed Dave Wills as the branch manager of its Warrenton, Virginia, office. Wills, who previously served as the Warrenton office’s sales manager, is a longtime resident of the Warrenton area. He brings more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry to his new position and is well respected in the local Realtor community.

Jason Goodin Named Manager of Suffolk/Smithfield Office

Jason Goodin, a real estate professional for 15 years, has been named manager of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Suffolk/Smithfield office in Suffolk, Virginia. Goodin has been in the real estate industry since 2003, joining the Long & Foster family in 2015. He earned his broker’s license in 2017 and served as the sales manager of the York/Peninsula Office.

Dawn Bradley and Kristin Krupp Elected to the Board of Directors of the Richmond Association of Realtors

Dawn Bradley, managing broker of Long & Foster’s Grove Avenue office and Kristin Krupp, managing broker of the company’s Village of Midlothian office, were recently elected to serve a three-year term on the board of directors for the Richmond Association of Realtors (RAR).

After 25 years in the banking industry, Bradley began her career with Long & Foster in 2002. She has been the managing broker of Long & Foster’s Grove Avenue office since 2011. Bradley has served on the RAR board from 2011 to 2017 and was its president in 2016.

A 14 year real estate veteran, Krupp has been the managing broker of Long & Foster’s Village of Midlothian office since May 2017. Krupp is a graduate of the RARs Leadership Development Academy and has served on their MLS, Budget and Finance, and Legislative committees. In 2017, Krupp also served on the Virginia Association of Realtor’s Team Work Group.

Glenda McDaniel Wins Best Realtor Award

Glenda McDaniel, a sales agent with the Smith Mountain Lake/Halesford Bridge office, received the Best Realtor/Real Estate Agent award from the Smith Mountain Laker Magazine. McDaniel was selected for the award by popular vote by the residents of the Smith Mountain Lake area.

Reg Anderson Wins Honorable Mention for Best Realtor Award

Reg Anderson, a sales agent with the Smith Mountain Lake/Halesford Bridge office, received the Honorable Mention for Best Realtor/Real Estate Agent award from the Smith Mountain Laker Magazine. Anderson won the award by popular vote from the residents of the Smith Mountain Lake area.
