Long & Foster Real Estate agents can join Metro Referral Associates and receive FREE membership for the month of December. In addition, there are no E&O insurance fees, MLS fees, lockbox fees or National Realtor Association fees as part of Metro Referral Associates.
Metro Referral Associates is an affiliate of The Long & Foster Companies that holds licenses for active referral agents. Metro Referral Associate agents maintain their active status by completing state-required continuing education (CE) courses and paying the state renewal fee. There is an annual membership fee for 2020 of $99, which includes as many licenses as an agent would like to transfer to Metro Referral Associates
Agents with Metro Referral Associates provide their client information to a receiving agent/broker and share in the commission proceeds. If the Metro Referral Associates agent is not able to locate a receiving agent/broker, Metro Referral Associates will provide an agent for the referral through the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LeadingRE) network.
