Metro Referral Associates is a great option for those agents who are no longer interested in paying E&O insurance, lockbox costs, MLS dues and Realtor Association fees, but would still like to keep their license in an active referral status. Metro Referral Associates only pay fees for continuing education classes, real estate commission renewal fees and our membership dues.
Agents who join Metro Referral Associates simply share referrals with the network. Metro Referral Associates then provides the customer’s contact information to a receiving agent/broker and you will then share in the commission proceeds—it’s that easy! In addition, referrals can be placed throughout the country and some parts of the world through the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LeadingRE) network.
