Metro Referral Associates is offering a reduced membership fee to all Long & Foster Real Estate agents who join during the month of July for the duration of 2023. The reduced fee is $49 and there are no added costs for E&O insurance, MLS dues or the National Association of Realtors.
Additionally, agents transferring to Metro Referral Associates will pay a transfer fee to their perspective real estate commission. Metro Referral Associates have an active referral license that is maintained by completing continuing education and paying renewal fees to the real estate commission.
Metro Referral Associates provide the contact information of their client(s) to a receiving agent/broker and share in the commission proceeds. Referrals can be placed anywhere in the country and some parts of the world with any agent/brokerage through the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World network.
