Through the partnership, Long & Foster agents who refer a client that purchases a property at Canarias at Downtown Doral (Canarias) in Miami, Florida, will earn a 6% commission, with one half distributed at contract signing and the other at closing.

The partnership with CC Homes is the first of many that Long & Foster’s CRES division and Urban Pace hope to establish throughout the nation. The Long & Foster teams leveraged their status as part of Berkshire Hathaway affiliate HomeServices of America to develop the CC Homes relationship. Working with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty, a sister company in south Florida, Long & Foster and Urban Pace were connected with CC Homes and subsequently built their referral partnership.
