To further increase the visibility of Long & Foster listings on our website, we have added a corporate badge that will now display on all Long & Foster listings on the Search Results page. In addition, a New Construction badge has been added and will display on all new construction listings on the Search Results page. Check out this new feature by visiting longandfoster.com.
Pending and contingent listings now qualify for Single Property Websites
Long & Foster developed unique property sites to help increase marketing efforts and awareness for each listing. These sites include property details, a photo gallery, neighborhood and community information, as well as the listing agent’s bio and contact information. We have expanded the listing types, so Single Property Websites will now display for pending and contingent listings, too. Coming soon listings now display publicly on longandfoster.com
Coming soon listings that have been added to our exclusive Coming Soon Portal will now display publicly on longandfoster.com and our related Long & Foster sites, such as our agent websites and luxury website.
How can I use the Coming Soon Portal?
Listing Agents: If you are assisting a seller, you can market their property that is not yet in the MLS by adding it to our Coming Soon Portal. It will then display on LongandFoster.com and related Long & Foster sites for agents and potential buyers to view.
Buyers Agents: If you are assisting a buyer, you can sign up on the portal to receive email alerts about new coming soon listings that match specific search criteria you enter or you can search for a coming soon listing anytime on longandfoster.com and our related Long & Foster sites.
Important Note: To add a listing to the Coming Soon Portal, you should have a fully executed listing agreement, including Long & Foster’s Coming Soon Addendum.
How do I access the Coming Soon Portal?
To access the Coming Soon Portal, go to https://portalmanager.lnf.com and click on the Manage Agent’s Website and Listings tab. Under Property Tools, you can access Coming Soon Alerts and Coming Soon Properties. For more information, access the Coming Soon Portal Café page.
