Metro Referral Associates is offering a free month of membership to any Long & Foster agent who joins in December. That means, new Metro Referral Associates will not pay any dues in December and their annual membership fees of $99 will not be due until January 2019.

Metro Referral Associates are licensed active agents who place referrals locally and nationally. They operate in seven states and the District of Columbia. Referral associates provide a client’s contact information to a receiving agent/broker, and they share in the proceeds of a successfully closed transaction. There is no set number of referral placements or dollar amounts required.
Are there fees required for Metro Referral Associates?
As a Metro Referral Associate, you will no longer pay MLS fees, lockbox fees, Realtor fees or E&O insurance fees. The only costs that Metro Referral Associates incur are the yearly membership fee of $99 and their individual state renewal and continuing education fees.
