Long & Foster’s leadership team celebrated excellence in customer service earlier this year, presenting Donna Mangers and Debbie Shobe with the annual Foster Family Award. Mangers serves as senior accounting manager in our Accounting department and Shobe is an executive assistant for our General Brokerage team in Richmond, Virginia. They were among the nearly 75 employees who were nominated for the Foster Family Awards this year.
The Foster Family Awards enable our company to recognized and reward exceptional service across the organization. The company accepts nominations for those employees who exemplify the five Keys to Excellence in Customer Service. It then presents two awards—one to an employee in the field and another to an employee within our Shared Services team—to those individuals who embody our commitment to exemplary service.
