Metro Referral Associates do not pay E&O insurance, MLS, lockbox or National Realtor Association fees. Metro Referral Associates pay a yearly membership fee in the amount of $99, the real estate commissions renewal fee and related continuing education (CE) expenses.
Metro Referral Associates are real estate agents who know longer wish to practice real estate in a listing/selling capacity. Joining Metro Referral Associates is an easy and secure process. The application to join can be obtained by contacting the Metro Referrals office. Once the application has been completed in its entirety, it is returned to the Metro Referrals office with the transfer fees for processing.
Metro Referral Associates place referrals countrywide by completing the customer/client referral form and returning it to the Metro Referrals office for disbursement of the commission proceeds.
