The month of December is free for Long & Foster Real Estate agents who join Metro Referral Associates. That is a savings of $49 and free membership for the remainder of the 2020 year for any agents transferring to Metro Referral Associates in December.
In addition to free membership for the remainder of 2020, there are no E&O insurance, lockbox, MLS or national Realtor association fees.
Metro Referral Associates licenses are placed into an active referral status. They can then place referrals anywhere in the country and some parts of the world, receiving part of the commission proceeds for providing the contact information of a customer to a receiving agent or broker.
