With the coronavirus pandemic, these past few weeks have been unlike any others. We’ve all had to approach doing business in new and virtual ways. Despite all of this, you have all been doing a wonderful job in making this difficult situation work for you, your family and your clients.
Due to the continued uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 in the approaching months, the Gold Team Board had to make some difficult decisions regarding upcoming events. Unfortunately, this year’s Crab Feast is now canceled.
We look forward to this event each year and are extremely disappointed that we won’t get to catch up by the Bay this summer. However, your safety, and that of all our agents, is our No. 1 priority and we know that there will be many other opportunities for us to be together in the near future. We have issued refunds for any paid registrations and cancellation notices were sent along with refund confirmations.
To keep us connected in the meantime, our regional Gold Team Board Members will be planning virtual networking events, fundraising for our Gold Team charities—Ronald McDonald House & Good Neighbors Foundation, and other fun digital activities. Stay tuned for more information on those.
We have not yet made a decision on our ReCharge event this fall, but we’ll keep you updated as we move forward.
