Metro Referral Associates allows agents the freedom to maintain their license in an active referral status without the added expenses of E&O insurance, National Realtor Association fees or MLS costs. Metro Referral agents are responsible for paying their specific states renewal fee and CE classes, in order to maintain their license in an active referral status.
As a licensee with an active referral license, Metro Referral agents provide contact information of a seller or buyer to a receiving agent or broker and share in the commission proceeds. Referrals can be placed locally or nationally. If the Metro Referral agent does not have a receiving agent or broker, the Metro Referral office is able to locate a receiving agent or broker through the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World network.
