Metro Referral Associates is offering half-price membership dues for Long & Foster agents joining Metro Referral during the month of June. Normally, the half-price membership rate begins July 1, 2019, but Long & Foster agents transferring to Metro Referral during this time period will receive the half off offer. This amounts to a savings of $50, paying only $49 for the remainder of the year.
As an associate with Metro Referral, there are no MLS fees, no lockbox fees, no E&O Insurance and no Realtor Association fees. The only fees that Metro Referral Associates are responsible for paying, in addition to the membership dues, are the agent’s renewal fee to the real estate commission and any expenses related to continuing education classes.
Active licensees with Metro Referral are able to place referrals anywhere in the country with any receiving agent or broker and share in the commission proceeds.
