Responsive Sites are Now Available to All Long & Foster Agents
Last year, Long & Foster upgraded our agent websites, introducing a new modern designed site that allows you to showcase yourself and your business. Since launch, about 8,000 agent websites have been published and nearly 140,000 unique visitors have viewed those sites.

While our new sites are designed with pre-written content, you have the ability to customize the look, design and functionality. Here are a few of the quick changes you can make to your site.

Create Jump Searches Based on Any Criteria
Make property searching easy for your website visitors by creating and adding jump searches to your agent website. From location to price range, a jump search will save your clients time and effort. Your custom jump searches will display as quick links underneath the Search tab on your homepage. When your site visitors click on one of these jump search links, it will display results based on your pre-selected filters or keywords, as included in MLS property descriptions.

Add Community Pages to Your Agent Website
Display LongandFoster.com community pages on your personal agent website to provide details about one or more communities in your area. Position yourself as a local market expert in the areas you serve. You’ll find hundreds of community pages to choose from that provide insider insights on neighborhoods throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. Display a custom navigation tab on your homepage with links to the community pages you choose to add.

Make it Easy to Contact You
Your headshot image, name and contact information appears on every page of your agent website, making it easy for your site visitors to contact you.

One-click “Add to Contacts” button: This feature allows your visitors to add you as a contact in their email database, and it automatically displays on your agent website.

Click-to-call from mobile devices button: This default feature automatically displays on your agent website, and you have the ability in Portal to choose whether the button directs visitors to your office phone number or mobile phone number.

Texting feature: Using this feature, clients simply click a button on your website to send you a text, but you’ll first need to activate the feature by adding your mobile phone number to Portal.
