A key element to succeeding on social media is sharing who you are in an authentic way that others connect with. It’s about showing the world who you are, not simply telling them.
That’s why we want to share your photo submissions. We want to show the world who Long & Foster is and what we’re about, and it’s you – our agents and employees – that make us the company we are. Below are examples of the types of images we’re looking for. Click them to see larger versions.
When Submitting Photos:
- Include all pertinent information. If it’s a photo of you and your clients at closing, provide their first names if possible. If it’s a photo of fellow agents at an event, let us know more about the get-together. If it’s a listing, be sure to include a listing link and a property address.
- Be sure to send the highest resolution version of the photograph available. If the photo was taken on your phone, choose “Actual Size” or the largest option possible before hitting send. Photos that are too small or too low quality can’t be used.
- Make sure to share your usernames for Instagram, Twitter and your page name for Facebook so we can tag you.
- Let us know if you don’t want us to use your photo for anything other than social media posts. We occasionally use photos submitted to us for publications such as the annual report.
Have a great photo of a beautiful listing or of you and your team living the #realtorlife? Submit it to our social media team for consideration at socialmedia@longandfoster.com. Here are some additional examples of bad photos and what’s wrong with them.
