Due to the feedback and requests received from agents, Long & Foster’s accounting system was upgraded to provide new easy-to-read reports, including revised Agent Statements and an Agent Commission Detail Report for each closed transaction.
The upgrade has resulted in a few changes.
Agents now receive an electronic deposit or check for each case paid.
Team members no longer see charges that are paid by their team leader on their statements.
Team member charges that are paid for by the team leader now display on the team leader’s statement.
Agent Statements are simplified and easier to read.
New Agent Commission Detail Reports In addition, Long & Foster is now providing all its associates with an Agent Commission Detail Report for each closed transaction. This easy-to-read report offers a comprehensive breakdown of your individual commission payment, including how your total commission payment was calculated.
How will I receive an Agent Commission Detail Report? Reports are sent via email with each commission payment notification you receive. To view a sample report, click here.
