Updates from our Corporate Real Estate Services Division

It has been a busy and productive spring so far for Long & Foster’s Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES). From winning multiple awards at the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LeadingRE) Conference in Las Vegas to completing our re-certification as a top relocation firm, it is shaping up to be quite an exciting year.  Here are a few more details on those CRES achievements.

Long & Foster Honored at Industry Conference

The CRES division received a number of Member Achievement Awards from LeadingRE, a global network of more than 565 top real estate firms of which Long & Foster is a founding affiliate. The awards were presented during the LeadingRE Conference Week, a series of industry events held at the Wynn Las Vegas earlier this year that attracted thousands of real estate professionals from 24 countries worldwide.

Among the awards received by the team were the Website Quality Certification Award, presented for having the best website interactivity on LongandFoster.com. Other honors received were based on the number of referrals made within the network, including the Pinnacle Award, Million Dollar Award, Momentum Club Award and the Global Alliance Club. In addition, Vicki Hamp, senior vice president of Long & Foster’s Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) division, received the Chairman’s Award for her extraordinary level of commitment to the LeadingRE community.

Long & Foster Retains Prestigious RELO® Quality Certification

Earlier this year, CRES successfully completed the re-certification process for the prestigious RELO® Quality Certification (RQC). Presented by LeadingRE, the RQC was the first program to quantify and qualify the meaning of relocation service excellence. LeadingRE created the award to provide measurable standards for the pursuit of relocation excellence.

After earning the certification, a company must complete a re-certification process every five years. This ensures that it continues to meet the program’s rigorous standards and remains current in terms of technology, relocation trends and other relevant areas. Learn more about the award here.
